While each coaching engagement is customized to fit your needs, a typical Executive Coaching assignment with ADS Talent Consulting includes several elements:

ASSESSMENT

  • Two-hour in-depth background interview

  • Psychometric testing using Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.
  • 30-minute interviews with 10-12 stakeholders regarding the coachee’s strengths and development needs.

FEEDBACK AND PLANNING

  • Integration of results and preparation of a summary report

  • Two-hour feedback session with the coachee.
  • Creation of a development plan and review of development plan with coachee’s sponsor

COACHING

  • Twelve one-hour coaching sessions over six months.

PROGRESS CHECK

  • 30-minute interviews with a selection of original stakeholders to assess progress.
  • Review of progress against plan with the coachee and sponsor.
